Sorted: Tiling for upstairs bathroom

I dropped into SureGrip Ceramics, another tile store in Geelong, to review the pop-art tile I'd admired there a few weeks ago. Although it is outrageously expensive ($37.95 per 281mm x 281mm tile - nearly $500/m2!), it is still gorgeous. Called "Andy", referencing the Andy Warhol type images on it, demand is still incredibly high for this Spanish tile (12 week lead time).

With a half-tile border around the upstairs bathroom, I'll need a little over three linear metres, which means I'll really only need six tiles, around $230, which is bearable. (Paulina, when working out my quote, forgot that I was planning to cut each one in half.)

With that, we'll have a gloss white rectilinear 300 x 600 wall tile (much better priced at $25.50/m2), which will suit the Andy tile fabulously. Paulina then recommended a porcelain floor tile (($50/m2) which looks a bit like a darkish polished concrete, but has a little bit of texture to provide some grip.
The red tile is a stand-in for the vanity unit
Together with the high-gloss red Ikea vanity, our current white mirror cabinet, possibly painted royal blue, and a framed Lichtenstein print, I think the bathroom will look very funky.

Boring details:

Room is 1800 x 2100 (roughly).

White tile to top of shower (~2000) along south and half of east wall; to around 1200 along the rest. That is, four tiles high (@300) around whole of room, another tile, then half Andy, then another tile, adding 740mm (plus grout, which will be minimal, as the tiles are rectilinear). Exposed edges to be topped with white aluminium edger which will provide a clean white line along edge. Privacy wall to be 1200 high, 900 deep and 150 wide.

Floor tile - SCSTI-079 (300 x 600) - 3.8 m2, add 15% is 4.4 m2, at $49.95/m2 = $220 or so
Wall tile - SCDSS-000 (300 x 600) - 12.5m2, add 15% is 14.5m2 at $25.50/m2 = $370 or so
Feature tile - SCSB-205 (281 x 281) - allow one pack, probably 8 tiles = $305
Alum angle - RDTT to suit, around $20 per 3m length, allow two lengths = $40
Grout to suit (G114 for the floor tile, G100 for the wall) - dunno, say $140
Sealant for grout - dunno, say $20

Cost of tiles plus edging strip, grout and sealant per above: under $1,100

Lichtenstein print ~$100
Framing, suitable for bathroom, say another $200
